Billing Center Launch Announcement

Dear Cobo Users，

To further enhance the fee management experience, Fee Station will be renamed “Billing Center” and officially launched on September 17, 2026. It will also be merged with the Billing & Plans module, allowing wallet transaction fees, Cobo billing, and plan subscriptions to be managed in one place.

The key updates are as follows:

Fee Sponsorship Rules

• Transactions initiated via API: Your existing fee sponsorship rules and fee deduction configurations for each blockchain will remain unchanged.

• Transactions initiated via Portal: Fees will be deducted according to a standardized priority:

  • EVM-compatible chains: Gas token in the wallet address → Gas token in Billing Center → Billing Center Credits (USD / USD stablecoins deposited into Billing Center)

  • TRON / Solana / Tempo: Gas token in Billing Center → Billing Center Credits

• If you do not want Billing Center to sponsor the fee for a specific transfer, you can select “Do not sponsor” in the Transfer pop-up when initiating the transaction.

Billing & Plans

• Plan details will now include the service period, expiration date, and renewal status.

• Plan resource usage, Add-ons, and usage details will be displayed in one place.

Low Balance Alerts

• Low balance alerts are now available for Credits and Gas tokens across supported chains.

• Alert thresholds can be configured based on your needs.
