The Cobo Payments AI Assistant is an intelligent chatbot embedded in Cobo Portal. It helps you complete initial setup, explore core payment features, and answer product questions.

Where to Find It

The Cobo Payments AI Assistant is located in the bottom-left corner of Cobo Portal. You can click it at any time to open or collapse the panel.

Onboarding Guide (Starter Test Plan)

If you are using the Starter Test plan for the first time, the Cobo Payments AI Assistant will automatically walk you through a complete pay-in and payout experience to help you get familiar with the core payment flow:
  1. Create an order: The AI Assistant guides you through creating a test payment order.
  2. Complete the payment: You can transfer funds yourself, or have the AI Assistant claim test tokens on your behalf to complete the payment.
  3. View the balance: Once the order is settled, the AI Assistant displays your account balance.
  4. Initiate a payout: The AI Assistant guides you through transferring funds to a specified address.
The onboarding guide uses testnet and USDT test tokens. No real funds are involved at any point.

Everyday Use

After completing the onboarding guide (or for Starter Live and Enterprise plan users), the Cobo Payments AI Assistant serves as a day-to-day support entry point. It can help you:
  • Learn about the features and usage of Cobo Payments
  • Get answers to API integration and Webhook questions
  • Receive personalized integration recommendations based on your business scenario
